Our admissions process

  • We begin accepting applications the day after Labor Day for the following school year. Columbia-affiliated families and legacy families are eligible for early notification dates as per the ISAAGNY calendar (see our Important Dates timeline). Financial applications, if filed, must be before the acceptance dates so your offer can include financial assistance where appropriate.

  • Once your application has been received, the Director will be in touch to schedule a Zoom information session as well as a tour of the program.

  • After your tour, the classroom teachers will reach out to you to schedule a playdate for your child to have an opportunity to discover the classroom and for the teachers to meet them.

  • To be considered for early notification for the 2026-2027 school year, applications must be received by November 26, 2025. Families are not required to opt for Early Notification prior to November 14, at 12PM (noon).

    Early Notification applicants will be notified of our decision by no earlier than 12:00 PM on Friday, December 5th.

    For general admission applications submitted before Thursday, January 8th, 2026, families will be notified of our decision no earlier than 8:00 AM on Thursday, February 26th.
